Social video platforms and apps are where users create/upload, share, and view video content. Earlier long-form and now short videos are increasingly becoming popular to entertain, educate, and connect with more and more people globally. These platforms have given a place for creators to create and share new video content and for viewers to discover their favorite content.
This study is about examining the design and usability of social video platforms to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.
Main focus is to uncover UX best practices on how video apps enable users to watch, find, comment, recommend, and share videos.

This is an analysis of user flow from a UX perspective
Deep diving into the app to identify what they are doing well and using it to take screenshots/photos of their end-to-end experience to inspect their user interface and experience.
UX teardowns are more straightforward and cost effective than traditional website UX research methods
